Ice Cream Cakes

Our CLASSIC is a layer of Funfetti cake, chocolate ice cream, chocolate crunches in the middle, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream & sprinkles to top it all off. This is ice cream cake of your childhood, but 100% handmade using our amazing ice creams. 

The Strawberry Olive Oil is a layer of olive oil cake topped with sweet cream ice cream, roasted strawberries and cake crumbles, and strawberry ice cream, topped with whipped cream and dehydrated strawberries.

Please note: We won’t be able to write on these cakes in the shops, so if you want to it inscribed, please order 48 hours in advance by emailing info@brixhaus.com We also recommend pre-ordering to ensure a cake is available for you when you want it!
